Technical Management
The technical management of this organization is looking after by a team of qualified and experienced personnel. The technical management is segregated into departments such as production planning and control, quality assurance, quality control, system installation, etc.

Manpower Organization
The manpower of this organization has been segregated into two major structural divisions headed by Technical Chief, General Manager and Assistant General Manager. The divisions are further segregated into major departments headed by Assistant manager and then into functional units headed by Deputy Managers. Thus Deputy Mangers are to work as heads of work units executing defined segments of the work division.
Program for Promoting Awareness
Environmental knowledge and practical awareness will be promoted on the basis of workers and production supervisors’ participation by carrying out one to one discussion & publicity activities. Various awareness tools will be utilized for improving efficiency in promoting this awareness among the workers, staffs & officials also. In addition a compliance team will work out total affairs of the workers and supervisors regular needs.
